JOBS | 3 ladies and a gentleman joining the game!

April 6, 2018

Eyh! Let's warmly welcome 4 people bolstering our team today. #Sacha's Angels :)

Some of them wanted to share their "carte blanche" with you guys.

Caroline, Executive Prod. | Which game makes you feel nostalgic and why? Platformers in general – I started out in the industry 20+ years ago testing and then designing platformers. This game genre feels “old-school” and sometimes outdated when compared to the games in the market today. More specifically, any Nintendo platformer (Zelda, Mario)… the quality of the Nintendo library continues to focus on the user experience and the user attachment through empowerment and charm. Nintendo platformers can be counted upon to always focus on embracing the user, comforting the user.

What's your hidden talent? Not terribly “exciting” but I have a great location memory… for maps and directions. I only need to visit a place once to be sure to maintain directions. My anti-talent is name retention… but I am sure I am not the only person to admit to this.

Make a wish... World peace? End to racism? Stop Global Warming? Maybe more achievable – becoming French. Having lived in France for the better part of 9 years, I am anxious to complete my transition and to become a French national. The bureaucracy is deep, but it’s a wish that I expected will be granted soon (fingers crossed)…

Marie, Associate Producer | Which game makes you feel nostalgic and why? I think Okami is THE game that makes me feel nostalgic when watching pictures or videos. It’s one of my very first games when I am a child and I kept wonderful memories of it. This game also initiated my love for Japanese culture and my passion for drawing ;)

What's your hidden talent? I have a different hidden talent for each person I meet ;)

Make a wish... I wish I could travel all around the world, discover unique cultures and meet people from all countries ! :D
