A Customer Support Engineer to join the team working on Microsoft Flight Simulator !

We are looking for a talented, meticulous, and committed Customer Support Engineer to work on Microsoft Flight Simulator.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have an Engineer degree
- You have experience in customer support, in tech support environment
- You are bilingual English-French or a native English speaker
- You worked with CS tools before (Zendesk, Helpdesk, Kustomer etc...)
- You have a perfect command of English spelling and grammar
- You enjoy teamwork and can communicate clearly
YOUR MISSIONS
You will be a partner for external developers. Your support can be from giving an answer on the forum to organize a video conference. You will pay attention of providing them an exceptional customer service experience. Here are the details of your missions :
- You will use instant messenger or video conference to discuss with users of the platform, mainly in English, to give them the most appropriate answer
- You will participate actively to the improvment of the documentation and of any tools of online-help
- You will also work in close collaboration with the development team and the product development team in order to inform them about any recurrent problems
