Looking for a Customer Support Agent to ensure unique gaming experience!

If you are aiming to offer great support and have a passion for aviation and flight simulators then keep reading because you'll be interested!

We are looking for a talented, meticulous, and committed Customer Support Agent to work on Microsoft Flight Simulator.


  • You are a simer, with experience on Microsoft Flight Simulator or on any else flight simulators
  • You are bilingual English-French or a native English speaker
  • You worked with CS tools before (Zendesk, Helpdesk, Kustomer etc...) or face-to-face with customers
  • You have a perfect command of English spelling and grammar
  • You enjoy teamwork and can communicate clearly
  • You are capable of taking initiatives
  • You are adaptable, with a "start-up" mindset
  • You are curious, open-minded, and humble

As a plus :

  • You have experience in customer support ideally in a tech support environment


  • You will support our players by providing them with an exceptional customer service experience
  • You will answer them mainly in English via Zendesk
  • You'll have to investigate and solve the problems reported by the players
  • You'll report any critical issues to the team as soon as possible
  • You will seize every opportunity to improve the customer experience
  • You will develop a good knowledge of our games
  • You will need to be adaptable to work according to production needs, understand the requirements of the company and our players
